Even as God for Christ's sake

Matthew 5:21-26 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time,Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of thecouncil: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hellfire. Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee; Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift. Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to thejudge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison. Verily I say unto thee, Thou shalt by no means come out thence, till thou hast paid the uttermost farthing.

Romans 12:17-21 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

Ephesians 4:31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

>Sometimes it may seem difficult to be kind and tenderhearted, but when we consider what God has done for us, it becomes real easy. This is God's consideration: "God for Christ's sake has forgiven you" That is the way we should look at it too, we are not greater than our Lord. If we look at the evil ills that have been perpetrated it is easy to tempted with anger and wrath. But when we think of how God poured out His wrath upon Christ who did not deserve it selfish indignation gives way to Godly indignation. Selfish anger eats up inside; Godly anger tends to peace and a certain looking to all things being made right as only God can do. Thanks be to God for Jesus Christ.! Hallelu Jah!

>Father blessed be your Holy Name , we love you, thank you for your goodness. Thank you for your mercy in Jesus Christ. Lord we forgive all others that have tresspased against us, Father forgive them, God bless them and may they be reconciled to you by Christ, In Jesus' name Amen! Thank you Father!
